Our restaurant offers a variety of A la Carte dishes based on high quality mediterranean produce, many of which are cultivated in our own kitchen garden, just a few steps away from the kitchen. We are passionate about discovering small local suppliers and using their produce in our restaurant.

 

Our A La Carte menu is composed of mediterranean style dishes, bearing the distinctive signature of our Chef. All of these are beautifully served in our exquisite dining room from which you can admire the stunning views as you delight your taste buds.

 

If you wish, having given prior notice, we can offer you a vegetarian menu or whatever other menu you may care to request.

Head Chef Balcón del Sol restaurant

In charge of our prestigious restaurant is José Antonio Gómez, an expert chef who began his training at the hotelier school “El Henchidero”. From there he formed part of the famous El Corte Inglés restaurant chain. After his trajectory through the kitchens of this international Spanish chain he took the reins of Restaurante Balcón del Sol, adding his own personal touch and revamping the concept of the best traditional Mediterranean recipes.
